Meet Our Founder

Alessandra has lived in five countries and two continents, working in New York, London, Amsterdam and Milan.

She joined corporations like Nike and MTV, partnered with initiatives like London & Partners and honed her leadership skills by launching two business ventures in the UK and the US.

Her career thrives at the intersection of creativity, business and innovation with cross-industry experience in luxury, fashion, food, beauty, hospitality, education and design. Alessandra mastered the product creation process, brand ideation, and go-to-market strategies by covering the roles of founder, designer, creative director, strategist, mentor and lecturer.

She lectured on brand and communication at the IED in Italy. Since 2020, she has served as a business mentor for London & Partners and Grow London, the investment and promotion agencies of the Mayor of London office.
